"O Lord, you have examined my heart and know everything about me.
You know when I sit down or stand up. You know my every thought when far away.
You chart the path ahead of me and tell me where to stop and rest. Every moment you know where I am."Psalm 139 This memorial website was created to remember our dearest

Dear sweet Uncle Joe,
I love you. I loved when you did everything for me like teaching me how to ride a bike. And how you taught me how to ride my scooter. Thank you for letting me play with your Hot Wheels. I miss you. Everybody loves you. The whole family is here for you. Did you hear me say, Uncle Joe! at the beach in San Diego? You can keep visiting me at night too. That's it. I love you.

Praying for your family |
November 22, 2012 |
My thoughts and prayers are with the entire Bogtong family. I got to know Joey when he was a roommate of my brother Mike Martine. I enjoyed watching him play drums and I thought he had a great laugh. The thing I remember most about him was that he always made a point to say hello and chat with everyone. It didn't matter how many people were at a party, he got to everyone and still made them feel special somehow.
